We hope you will agree that Trevella is a uniquely peaceful and beautiful holiday park and we want to make sure that continues for everyone who owns or visits Trevella. After all, your leisure time is a precious thing.
Our holiday homes are for holiday use only and cannot be used as a permanent home. You can holiday as many times as you wish throughout the season. A useful guide on holiday use has been prepared by the NCC which you can read here. Our owners can use their holiday home during our 10 month holiday season, which is normally from March to January with the exact dates being communicated each year. Note that the park facilities are not always open/available during all months.
Our holiday homes are for holiday use only, although you can stay as often as you like throughout the season. You will need to have a main residential address away from the park, though this need not be in the UK.
Yes - you’ll be given a guided tour of the park when you visit and shown the various locations that are available to you. Trevella Park offers a choice of great locations to site your holiday home. Choose a pitch close to the main area or one in a quieter, more secluded part of the park.
When your holiday home is not in use you can either privately rent your caravan or you can join our managed sublet scheme, where we take control of lettings for you (subject to age, style and condition of holiday home). All income earned will contribute towards your pitch fees and running costs. Contact our team to see how much you could earn.
To secure a holiday home we will normally ask for a 20% deposit. We understand this is not always available on the day you decide to purchase and are happy to work with you. Once we receive this deposit we immediately take the holiday home and pitch you have chosen off the market. We work with you on a suitable timescale for completion of your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are unable to complete your purchase, you can cancel the agreement within 5 days and we will return your deposit in full.
You pay an annual pitch fee which contributes towards the ground’s maintenance, future developments and running costs of the park. It also includes the local authority rates and water charges. Electric and gas is chargeable and will be billed separately.
Yes, finance is available. Trevella Park is a trading name of Trevella Caravan Company Limited who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN: 688227. Finance is available subject to status and lender criteria. We, Trevella Park are a credit broker NOT a lender, we work with a panel of lenders.
Unfortunately, due to the high demand for pitches we do not accept caravans from other parks. If you would like to join us however, we may take your current caravan in part exchange against selected models.
If you buy one of our pre-owned caravans or a new model which is already on park then we can normally arrange for you to move in within seven days of agreeing your purchase. If you are financing your purchase or ordering a specific new model, this could take a little longer.
Yes! We welcome dogs at. Pets are your responsibility and must be looked after at all times. You must clean up after them and ensure they are not a nuisance to other owners and guests on the park.
