May half term activities at Trevella Park

Our free Ranger Adventures for children include fishing for beginners, bug hunts and even nighttime wildlife walks. These outdoor escapades are led by our specialist Ranger and take place around our fishing lakes, among the woodlands, along the Gannel Estuary and on the sandy expanse of Crantock Beach.

Every session is free and all equipment is provided but places are limited. To take part, simply sign up at reception during your holiday.

If the sun is shining our outdoor pool is the perfect place to enjoy the warm rays, or families can putt for fun at our crazy golf course. Children can also test their climbing and clambering skills at our adventure playground and younger tots can have fun on our swings and slides.

There is so much to explore in Cornwall during the May half term. Here are some of our highlights.


Cornwall’s stunning beaches

Cornwall’s stunning beaches are a major draw. Crantock is closest to Trevella Park, but there are many more to discover along the north coast.


The South West Coast Path

The South West Coast Path has several routes stretching along the Cornwall coast, with walks that present incredible views, ancient ruins, hidden beaches and fascinating wildlife.


Eden Project

The spectacular Eden Project has two giant biomes that house exotic plants from across the world.


The Lost Gardens of Heligan

The Lost Gardens of Heligan feature 200 acres of Victorian Productive Gardens, a sub-tropical Jungle and a pioneering Wildlife Project.


Minack Theatre

Minack’s unique open-air theatre has been carved out of the cliff side at Porthcurno.


Tate Gallery

Tate Gallery at St Ives displays a variety of modern and contemporary art and is the home of British Modernism.

An impressive range of super-yachts visit the waters of Falmouth Bay for four days of challenging racing. The best vantage point to watch the races is Pendennis Point.
