What's included in my holiday?

Use of the swimming pool, fishing lakes & ranger activities (only in the school holidays) are all free to enjoy during your stay. In your holiday home, you'll have free gas & electricity, bed linen and your beds will be made up ready for your arrival

Can I bring my pet?

We welcome well-trained dogs in our pet-friendly accommodation range at a charge of £35.00 per dog, per week and £25.00 per short break. Dogs are also welcome on our touring field and charged at £3.15 per night. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. However, we do not allow any dogs specified in the dangerous dog act: Pit-bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa. Additionally, we do not allow Rottweilers on park and some other larger dogs. Please contact the park to double check that your breed of dog is accepted. Can I hire a cot or high chair?

Cots & high chairs are available to hire in advance. There will be a supplement of £12 per item, per week or £7 per short break. Please note that you will need to bring your own cot linen and mattress.

Are there any restrictions on who can book?

Minimum age: We are unable to accept bookings from anyone under the age of 21. Other restrictions: We cater primarily for family holidays. Group bookings and bookings from all female or all male parties will only be accepted at our absolute discretion, and we reserve the right to cancel a booking that does not meet this condition.

Do you accept group bookings?

If you would like to make a group booking, please call the Park directly on 01637 830308.

When do I need to pay for the holiday?

Depending on when you make the booking, you will either need to pay a deposit or the full amount. For holidays booked more than 10 weeks from the holiday start date, a deposit is payable, if the booking is within 10 weeks of the holiday start date you will need to pay the full balance to secure the booking. When will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive a booking confirmation by email within an hour of booking. If your booking confirmation does not reach you please contact guest services on 01637 830308

Where can I find my booking reference number?

Your exclusive booking reference number can be found on the confirmation email we sent you.

Can I make changes to my booking?

In most cases it is possible to change your booking, a small admin fee will apply to do this. If you would like to change your holiday dates you will need to pay the difference in cost if the new dates are more expensive. Please call guest services on 01637 830308 for more information

Can I cancel my holiday?

When making a booking you will be offered the option to take out our cancellation protection plan which covers you and your holiday party. Our different types of plans covers you until you arrive on site. Am I able to upgrade my accommodation?

Whether you need an extra bedroom, more space or want a higher grade of accommodation, we are always happy to look at the options for you. Please be sure to let us know your booking reference number and the grade of accommodation that you would like to upgrade into and we'll be able to check prices and availability for you.

Where will my accommodation be on the park?

Your accommodation will be allocated a few days before your arrival and you will be given the location of your accommodation when you check in. We won't be able to let you know where you will be allocated on the park before you check in, this is just in case there are any last minute re-locations made by the park.

What do I need to bring with me?

Your accommodation will have pillows, duvets and bed linen. Beds will all be made up ready for your arrival. If you've booked through a newspaper promotion, you will need to have purchased the linen supplement to have bed linen and beds made up. We do not supply towels, toilet roll or dishwashing materials so please remember to bring these with you. Irons aren't always available so we recommend, if you require an iron, to bring your own. Towels are provided in Superior caravans and lodges only.

What is included in the optional welcome pack?

The Cornish breakfast pack (£19.50) includes cornflakes, bread, Cornish tea, coffee, Cornish butter, Cornish milk, Cornish jam, orange juice & Cornish yogurt. The celebration pack (£19.50) includes prosecco & chocolates. You can also buy breakfast vouchers to save money off our breakfast menu prices. Breakfast voucher prices: 2 days £7.50 3 days £10.50 4 days £14.50 7 days £21.50

What are your check in and departure times?

The check-in time is 4.00pm for Holiday Homes and 3pm for Tenting & Touring. Guests arriving early are welcome to check in and enjoy the Park facilities until their accommodation is ready. If you expect to arrive after 5.00pm please let the Park know to arrange key collection. You will need to vacate your accommodation by 10.00am on your day of departure.

How many cars can we bring?

All booking prices include 1 car only, any extra cars will be charged at £10 per car per break. Parking is available next to or nearby your holiday home or touring pitch.

How do we find directions to the park?

Trevella is a breeze to find, but it pays to plan your route in advance. A map, directions and our address can be found by clicking the link below. What do I need to show at arrival in reception?

You will need to show your booking confirmation to check in at reception or if you are unable to print the confirmation please bring ID and your reference number.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the park. Please be aware that as a free service this does offer limited connectivity.

How far is the beach?

There is a lovely walk down through the fields below Trevella to the Gannel Estuary and then along the beach which takes about 30 minutes.

If we want to fish on the lake, how much does it cost?

The use of the lakes during your stay is free to anyone staying on park. You do however require an enviroment agency rod lisence to fish on the park. These can be bought online or from the post office. When you check in we can also provide you with a permit to fish on the park.

Where's the nearest shop?

We have an onsite convenience shop and the local supermarket Morrisons is within a 5 minute drive. Alternatively there is an Aldi, Tesco Express and Sainsbury in Newquay.

When is the swimming pool open?

The pool is open from May bank holiday - mid September.

What do the ranger sessions include?

Our free ranger sessions take place during the school holidays at Trevella. The activities include crabbing, nature walks, pond dipping, bat walks, big bug hotel building and more.
