TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conditions of Booking:

• The booking fee of £3.00 is an administration charge for reserving you a pitch or caravan and is not deductable.
• No booking can be accepted from groups of either young men or women.
• Some amenities may be reduced or curtailed according to season.
• The total amount of your holiday must be paid in full six weeks prior to arrival.

Reserved Pitches Only:

• Bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
• During the period 19th July to 29th 2008 August bookings can only be accepted from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday.
• The deposit of £30.00 per pitch, per week will be deducted from your total amount. In the event of a cancellation please see our cancellation scheme.
• We regret that we cannot guarantee any specific pitch or area, but we will always do our best to accommodate requests.
• Tents must not exceed 7m; Motorhomes/campers must not exceed 22ft. Maximum size of tourers on 'B' & 'C' fields all service pitches is 20ft.

Holiday Caravans Only:

• Bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure.
• Dogs are only allowed in type 'B' & 'C' caravans, (maximum of 2). Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times outside the caravan and must never be left unaccompanied in the caravan.
• The number of people occupying the caravan must not exceed the number of stated berths.
• Blankets, pillows, furniture and equipment must remain in the caravan.
• The deposit of £50.00 per caravan, per week will be deducted from your total amount. In the event of a cancellation please see our cancellation scheme.
• We regret that we cannot guarantee any specific caravan, but we will always do our best to accommodate requests.

Dog Owners:

• All dogs MUST be kept on a lead at all times and exercised in the designated areas. Anybody allowing their dog to foul the park and not clean up any mess will be asked to leave. Please carry a 'Doggie Kit' (available free from Reception) with you at all times, to deal with those little accidents. Dogs are not permitted in the swimming pool area, children's play area, adventure playground, lake area and shop. Park Rules Noise: Please respect the occupants of other units on the park, keeping the noise to a minimum especially after 10.00pm.

Bicycles:

• Must be ridden with care and consideration for other people on the park. Riders may be banned if this request is not adhered to. Skateboards, scooters and roller blades are not permitted.

Children:

• Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children on the park. Very young children must be supervised at all times in the junior play area. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult after 11pm.

Under Age Drinking:

• We are a family park and will not tolerate any under age drinking. Please note Identification is required for the purchase of cigarettes and alcohol by young people.

Swimming Pool:

• All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times when using the pool. Dinghies, surfboards, inflatables and diving are prohibited. Swimming aids only e.g. armbands are permitted. Cars and bicycles Driving of cars and riding of bicyles is probibited on the grass, except for parking purposes. Speed limit is strictly 5 mph for cars and bicycles.
  
  
• Please note that the swimming pool is open from the 23rd May 2008 to 19th Sept 2008 from 9am to 6pm.

Smoking:

• There is a No Smoking policy in the games room, television room, laundrette, shop, reception and toilet blocks. Clothes Lines: Use of clothes lines is prohibited on the park. Clothes airers are provided in our holiday homes Caution: All of Trevellas surrounding fields occasionally have grazing livestock, which may include bullocks and bulls.

Nuisance:

• Anyone causing a nuisance, any damage, using foul language or offensive behavior will be asked to leave the park
