Environment Policy for Trevella Park

To provide an environment that supports a sustainable community, which works in harmony with the local environment, without causing damage to distant environment or communities. Our commitment to the environment has been ongoing for the past 45 years, from tree planting to the construction of two lakes and nature reserve.
Large areas around the park are left unkempt to encourage wild flowers, insects and birds. We also provide our guests with information to enable everyone to enjoy the open countryside and our local beaches. We encourage people to join in with our car free scheme, bus time tables are readily available from Reception. The bus stop is outside our main entrance, with regular services to the local village of Crantock, Newquay and surrounding towns. We also advertise day trips to popular attractions in and around Cornwall.

  • Reduce, reuse and recycle
  • Reduce traffic: walk, cycle or use public transport
  • Stay local, eat local, buy local, see local
  • Chill out—switch off
  • Follow the countryside code—respect, protect, enjoy.
