Due to popular demand we decided to release a limited number of pitches to accommodate privately owned Holiday Homes at the Park.

2011 was the first year that Trevella has ever sold Holiday Homes to private owners and the limited number, just 18, were snapped up quickly by a combination of regular Holiday Guests at Trevella and visitors to the area, some of whom recognised the opportunity to earn valuable extra income by subletting their Holiday Home at Trevella when they are not using it, others who wanted one solely to use for themselves and their friends and family to use as often as they wish throughout the season.

Owning your own Holiday Home at Trevella is a great way to get the best from the parkland, the well stocked coarse fishing lakes, the wonderful beaches, and the stunning countryside of Cornwall.

We have carefully selected a further 18 pitches to be released for 2012. You choose which of the available pitches you prefer, you choose a Holiday Home from our range of new and pre-owned Holiday Homes which best suits your needs and your budget and we put the two together for you. Have you already seen your perfect Holiday Home elsewhere? If so we will do our best to arrange for an identical one to be sited at Trevella for you.
