CANCELLATION SCHEME

A deposit must be paid at the time of booking. Confirmation of the booking by the issue of an invoice by Trevella Park constitutes a contract between both parties and the customer will be liable for the balance of monies owing. Once a booking has been made the deposit cannot be refunded should you consequently decide to cancel your booking, or fail to pay the balance six weeks before the arrival date.

For a fee of £5.00 per pitch per week or £10.00 per caravan per week, we will refund all monies paid (excluding the cancellation and booking fees), providing we receive written confirmation of cancellation of the entire party at least six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Between six weeks prior to arrival and your arrival date, Trevella will only refund if cancellation is due to any of the following: - death, serious illness or redundancy to a member of the booked party. Please note that the claim must be in writing and supported by the relevant documents.

REFUNDS

Should you wish to cancel after the balance has been paid and within six weeks prior to the arrival date a refund can only be made if the pitch or caravan is re-let, when the full amount less cancellation scheme and booking fee will be paid.

Please note: - Trevella’s cancellation scheme covers you until you arrive on site after which refunds cannot be given if for any reason you decide to leave early. You may wish to take out your own holiday insurance to cover this.

No refunds will be made on bookings without the cancellation scheme. We strongly advise you to use Trevella’s Cancellation Scheme or arrange your own holiday insurance.
